This yarn is a blend of 60% Manx Loaghtan from the Lyvennet flock and 40% Zwartbles from the Mosser flock. Both flocks are here in Cumbria.

Breed status: Manx Loaghtan is an ‘At risk’ breed (RBST 2024–25). Zwartbles is an imported breed; first imported to the UK in the 1980s and now a popular breed here.
