This simple Ridge and Furrow Cushion was inspired by the archaeological pattern of ridges and troughs created by a system of ploughing during the Middle Ages. It is knitted in Sheepfold’s Graphite wool, which is a blend of Cumbrian-grown Jacob and black Wensleydale, recreating the superb dark soil shades seen when full of organic matter. The cushion is patterned on the front and plain on the back, with a buttoned opening. Five textured and patterned buttons are included in this kit to complete the project.
To complete this kit you will need 3.5 mm needles and a 15 inch (38 cm) cushion pad.
