All our kits for felted purses, bags and shoppers come in smart paper carriers.  The wool, embellishments and fastenings are provided, together with full instructions.  You just need your knitting needles, wool needle and a washing machine!  For some of the kits you may also need sewing thread and needle to attach embellishments and/or fastenings. In the unlikely event that you run out of wool before completing the project, please get in touch.

We have given guidance (sheep ratings) on the level of experience needed to successfully complete each project.  The sheep ratings are as follows:

Approximate sizes for the bags, once felted, are also given.  However, you should note that this depends on a combination of factors, including wool used, tension and washing procedure, so these should only be used as a guideline.  Dimensions are given as width x height x depth of bag.

If you are buying this as a present, a full list of extra things needed is printed on the back of each carrier.

All our bags are washable, but we recommend that first you remove any embellishments (e.g. rosebuds and padded shapes).
